Return Policy
Products maybe return if they are faulty, damaged or in bad condition provided that these problems are as a result of the
manufacturing, transport or shipping process. To return a product, you have 15 days from the date when you receive
your order. Once we have received the item which has been returned within the specified deadline, and once we have
ascertained that there has not been any mistake on our part, it can be exchanges for similar item or refund. We offer
refund only for the cost of the items, but not the shipping costs for the original delivery or for the return.
When returning a product to us, it is important to ensure that it is well packaged in order for it not to suffer any damage
during the delivery. If the product were to suffer any damage as a result of not being properly packaged, we would not
accept its return. For the possibility of returning a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact our customer
service department to receive instructions on how to return it to us.
Our Exchange Policy
For products such as dresses, skirts and shoes, which are custom-made on order, exchanges will only be accepted if
there are any faults, or if there have been any mistakes in their manufacturing, or errors in their delivery. However, we do
not make exchanges nor refund in cases where the customer has given us the wrong measurements. Besides, due to
the lengthy process of making them and the customer's personal preferences of each of our made to order Flamenco
Dancewear and Shoes, we unfortunately are unable to offer refunds unless the error is on our part.
We have provided our customers, an extremely precise method for determining your size and we take great care to size
your order correctly. However, we rely on our customers, to take accurate measurements in order for this process to
work. It is important that our customers give us the correct measurements and you are sure to enjoy an excellent fit. Our
customers can rest assured that we are committed to your satisfaction.
Goods for exchange must show no signs of wear either inside or out. Once exchanges has been authorized by Color de
Flamenco, it will be the customer's responsibility and at customer's cost to ship them back to Color de Flamenco within
15 days of original posting to you and only via courier international (FED-EX, DHL, UPS or Certified Postal Delivery).
And there is 10% restocking charge for exchanging the products.
To inquire about the possibility of an exchange contact our customer service department within 7 days upon receipt of
your order. Any claims after 7 days of reception of your order will not be attended.
Our Refund Policy
Colordeflamenco.com may offer refund if the products are damaged, faulty or incorrect. However, we do not offer refund
for our made on order products in cases where the customer has given us the wrong measurements. Once we have
checked that the returned product is in perfect conditions, we will proceed to refund the money you have paid for it.
Before paying you the refund, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will always be made using the same payment
method that you used to pay for your order: either bank transfer or credit card. The estimated delay for you to receive the
refund is of two weeks from the moment when we receive the merchandise.
Items returned because they are damaged, faulty or incorrect:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is not the product you ordered or it is in poor
condition, we will refund the shipping costs that we charged you for when we sent you the item and we will also refund
the costs that you incurred in returning it to us.
Other returns: When a return takes place as a result of any other reason, and provided that we receive the returned
item in perfect condition and with its packaging intact, the refund will be equivalent to the cost of the item. In these cases,
we will neither refund the shipping costs for the delivery, nor the costs paid for the return.
