Q: What is a Membership Number?
Once you place an order for the first time, we will assign you with a Membership Number. The Membership
Number is a unique identification number for your file in our database. You need to save this number for
future use especially for placing new order. Once you have a Membership Number when you place a new
order, in the contact information fields all you need to fill in are the fields for your membership number and
email address.
Q: I have submitted an order, what happen next?
We will process your order and register it in our system. Within 24 hours, you will receive an order
confirmation e-mail from us with an invoice of the total cost of your order. We will also explained in our
email how to make payment for your order.
Q: How to place order for more than one item?
For your FIRST order item, Submit Order with complete "Contact Information".
But for NEXT order, in the "Contact Information" fields, only fill in your e-mail address ( but remember, it
has to be the same e-mail address as your first order ).
This way, it saves you time from filling in the contact information again. For further assistance or inquiries,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q: How do I make payment for my order?
There are two ways of making payment to us: Credit Card and Bank Transfer. We do not request your
Credit card information on our site. All Credit Card payments are processed and verified by PayPal. PayPal
is a major Credit Cards processing company for on-line payment. PayPal provides safe, secure and fast
checkout for on-line payments. Your Credit Card information is secure with PayPal and PayPal do not
share your Credit card information with us or with any other parties. Once the payment is completed,
PayPal will send us an email notifying that we have received a fund from a buyer. This fund will show up in
our Merchant Account with PayPal. For more information on PayPal and how it protects you, please go to

Q: What is the discount rate and how does my purchase qualify for a discount?
Discount rate:
Amount Discount %
€50 to €400 5%
€401 to €800 10%
€801 to €1500 15%
More than €1501 20%
To qualify for a discount, the conditions are:
1. The minimum purchase quantity is 2.
2.The total purchase amount to qualify for a discount must be superior than €50.00 Euro.
3. No discount for the Special Offer items since a special discount rate of + 7.5% has already being applied
on these items. But if your purchase qualify for a higher rate of discount (10% and more) than the
higher rate of discount will be applied.
4. No discount for Sevillana Dresses, except when purchasing in quantity of 2 or more of similar products,
different models are allowed.
Q: When my order will be delivered?
Products that are available in stock and do not require special measurements may be shipped within 5
working days of receiving the order. Items that are not available in stock such as dance wear items and
shoes are made on order upon the receipt of payment. Delivery period is within 4 to 5 weeks for made on
order leotards, skirts and dresses. For made on order shoes, the delivery period is estimated within 4 to 6
weeks (at least 6 weeks for shoes with embroideries).
